1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Teknalb Plus Pvt. Ltd. for software development, system architecture, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Work-for-Hire

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), all custom software, algorithms, codebases, and architectural blueprints produced specifically for a client engagement become the sole property of the client upon final settlement.

3. Service Level & Operational Commitments

Production SLA guarantees, uptime benchmarks, and incident response windows are governed by individual client Service Level Agreements. We engineer systems with zero-loss tolerance and test rigorously against simulated network partitions.
